Andy's new venture was called The Video Disco and was a much larger setup, with a 1500watt sound system a huge lighting system, 2 video screens and incorporated smoke and pyrotechnic effects.

Early 1991 Andy performed for The Venture Scouts of Great Britain at The Crystal Palace Sports Centre. For this he turned an indoor 100 metre running track in to a disco incorporating a laser light show and 6 metre video screens. He beefed up the sound system to 5000 watts and had a huge stage built in the centre of the track.

By now it was 1990 music and styles had begun to change, Soul and Disco had become R & B, Rap and Dance.

The Video Disco commanded the stage with its size and sound, Andy Mac continued to excite and entertain and he would put on shows at the local football ground
Crystal Palace, promoting guest DJ's from Capital Radio.
Radio DJ's Pat Sharp, Mick Brown and Neil Fox all performed with The Video Disco.

In 1990 when time allowed Andy began training as a Telephone Systems Engineer.
In 1993 he started working for a London based company called Advance Telephone Systems.
And in June 1998 he married and finally quit the disco business for good.
Although he has two grown up daughters and a step son, Samantha, Natasha and Daniel, in 2002 his wife Sharon presented him with a baby son, and they named him Jason.
They now live in South London and Andy works for a telecoms company in Kent.

Andy played at many venues through out London, generally though it would have to be the larger hotels as only they would have function rooms that could accommodate the sheer size of the equipment. The Video Disco would take approximately 3 hours to setup and special arrangements had to be made for the use of pyrotechnics.
